Reiki is a natural connection to the Universal Life Force for the purpose of healing. This involves channeling energy vibrations of a very high frequency to help to balance all of the bodys energy levels. This energy is also often referred to as 'Chi' or 'Prana'. In Japan, the word Reiki is used to describe any type of healing work that is based on Universal Life Force Energy.
Usui Reiki is generally known as a method of healing from ancient times that was rediscovered by Dr. Mikao Usui at the turn of the century in ancient Sanskrit texts. It is connected with the element of Earth.
Seichem is believed to be derived from the same ancient Sanskrit texts but this includes not only Reiki of the Earth element but also Sakara of the fire element, Sophi-el of the water element and Angelic Light of the air element.
Angelic healing is a powerful and uplifting experience whereby healing energies are channelled from the Angels to the client via the therapist. This form of energy healing is very spiritual and tranquil.
I am also attuned to the Violet Flame associated with St Germain. This is believed to transmute negative energy into positive Divine pure light energy, bringing peace and tranquility. It forms a bridge between ourselves and the higher Angelic realms.
Reiki can take place in person with the Reiki practitioner holding their hands lightly touching or hovering just above the body, or Reiki energy can be sent to the client by distance healing.

Reiki can complement professional medical care, assisting the body to heal itself. This can take multiple sessions to achieve.
Contra-indications for Reiki - Reiki treatment is not suitable for a broken bone that has not yet been properly set by a medical practitioner or for a person who is undergoing surgery (by distance healing) as it can interfere with the medical treatment that you are receiving.
